Terms of Service
The rules of the road for using Aventra Travel.

1. Acceptance of these Terms
By creating an account or using Aventra Travel (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service. Aventra Travel is operated by Poker Games Interactive.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old — or 16 in the EEA and UK — to use Aventra Travel. If you are younger than the age of digital consent in your country, you need a parent or guardian’s consent.
3. Your Aventra account
You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for everything that happens under your account. Please use a strong, unique password and enable any additional protections your email provider offers. Contact us immediately at support@aventra.travel if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use Aventra Travel only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- Upload content that infringes on intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
- Post unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise harmful content.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, probe for vulnerabilities outside responsible disclosure, or bypass rate limits.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app or our APIs, except where that right can’t be waived under law.
- Use the Service to stalk, harass, threaten, or endanger another person.
- Automate account creation or scrape user content.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload — journeys, photos, videos, captions, comments, postcards, and AI-story prompts (“Your Content”). By uploading Your Content, you grant Aventra a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, host, process, and display it solely to operate the Service for you and the people you choose to share it with. This license ends when you delete the content or your account.
You are responsible for Your Content and for making sure you have the right to share the photos, videos, and information you upload.
6. AI-generated stories
When you tap “Generate AI Story”, our backend sends your trip metadata (journey name, pin locations, dates, and captions) to OpenAI, which composes a narrative based on that information.
AI-generated text may contain inaccuracies, fictionalized details, or embellishments. Review any AI-generated output before sharing or relying on it, and never publish it as-is if factual accuracy matters.
7. Live sharing and public journeys
When you create a live share link, anyone with that link can see the journey’s route, pins, and photos as they update. Only share journeys you are comfortable being visible to the link holders. You can revoke the link at any time from the app.
8. Subscriptions and payments
Aventra offers Free, Explorer, and Voyager tiers. Paid tiers are purchased through Apple’s in-app purchase system and automatically renew until canceled.
- Manage or cancel your subscription from iPhone Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep access until then.
- Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy.
- Prices and features can change; we’ll tell you in advance if a change affects an active subscription.
9. Safety features — SOS disclaimer
Aventra’s SOS feature is a best-effort convenience tool. It depends on your device having a working internet connection to reach our backend and notify live viewers and your emergency contacts.
Aventra’s SOS is not a substitute for calling 911, your local emergency number, mountain rescue, maritime rescue, or a dedicated satellite messenger. Always use the appropriate emergency service when lives are at risk.
10. Our content and trademarks
The Aventra name, logo, product design, marketing copy, and app and website source code are owned by Poker Games Interactive or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from our branding or original content without our written permission.
11. Service availability and changes
We work to keep Aventra available and reliable, but the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We may add, change, or remove features and may interrupt the Service for maintenance or upgrades.
12. Termination
You can close your account at any time from within the app. When you delete your account, your journeys, media, profile, and subscription records are removed from our production systems within 30 days.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, put other users at risk, or if we’re required to do so by law.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aventra Travel and Poker Games Interactive are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or personal injury arising out of your use of the Service, including any failure or delay of SOS notifications.
Our total aggregate liability to you in any 12-month period will not exceed the greater of US $100 or the amount you paid us in that period. Some jurisdictions don’t allow these limits; in those places, the limits apply to the maximum extent allowed.
14. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify Aventra Travel, Poker Games Interactive, and our officers, employees, and agents against any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of Your Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of Clark County, Nevada, except where local law requires or allows binding arbitration or the jurisdiction of local consumer courts.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll announce them in the app and by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Aventra after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
17. Apple-specific terms
For the iOS version of Aventra Travel:
- These Terms are between you and Aventra / Poker Games Interactive — not Apple.
- Apple has no responsibility to maintain or support the app.
- Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
- If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the app.
